Lovecraft dungeon

For all his turgid prose, H.P. Lovecraft had a gift for describing places. While listening to a reading of his novella The Case of Charles Dexter Ward I was struck by his detailed description of the underground crypt in story’s last act. Being a massive nerd, I decided to build this dungeon in 3D, and present it as a location for a roleplaying scenario.

I’m still in love with presenting projects with old audio tape cases, so I formatted the assets to fit inside a new case, complete with cover. It’s got a very stark ‘dungeonsynth’ vibe too.

The logo and master drawing are available on various products including a poster on my Redbubble store.
